• Arrive in Helsinki, Finland's vibrant capital. Depending on your arrival time, you might have some free time to explore the city briefly. You can visit iconic sights like the Helsinki Cathedral, Senate Square, or grab a quick bite at one of the city's cozy cafes.
• Board the Night Train to Lapland (Evening)
• In the evening, head to Helsinki Central Station and board your overnight train to Lapland. The train is comfortable, and you’ll be provided with your own sleeping cabin to rest during the journey.
  • Departure: Approximately 7:00 PM (Exact departure time may vary depending on your train schedule)
  • Arrival in Lapland: 9:00 AM next day

• Arrive in Kemijärvi (9:00 AM)
• Arrive in Kemijärvi, a peaceful town in the heart of Lapland. Your team will be waiting at the train station to transfer you to your accommodation in the area.
• Check-In and Rest (Morning)
• Once you arrive at your accommodation, check in and take some time to rest after the journey. Enjoy a warm Finnish breakfast, which may include rye bread, salmon, and coffee.
• Reindeer Ride (Afternoon)
• After resting, we will head out for a reindeer ride. Experience the Arctic wilderness from a sled pulled by these majestic creatures through snowy forests and over frozen landscapes.

• Ruka Village Exploration (Evening)
• After the reindeer ride, we will take you to Ruka Village, a charming Lappish village known for its cozy atmosphere and stunning natural beauty. Take a stroll, shop for local crafts, and enjoy a traditional Finnish dinner at one of the village restaurants.

• Breakfast and Departure (Morning)
• Enjoy a hearty Finnish breakfast at your accommodation, then prepare for a full day of adventure.
• Icebreaker Cruise (All Day)
• Today, embark on an Icebreaker Cruise. This is a thrilling experience where you’ll board a powerful icebreaker ship that plows through the frozen waters of the Gulf of Bothnia.
  • Activity Highlights:
    • Walk on the frozen sea
    • Ice swimming in cold-water survival suits
    • Learn about the ship’s operations and Arctic navigation
  • Duration: Full day (approx. 7-8 hours)
• Note: The Icebreaker cruise is one of the top winter experiences in Lapland, so be prepared for a full day on the water.
• Return to Hotel (Evening)
• After an exciting day, return to your accommodation to rest.

Day 4: 14th December 2025 – Santa Claus Village & Northern Lights Tour

• Start the day with a delicious breakfast at your accommodation.
• Santa Claus Village (Morning & Afternoon)
• Head to the magical Santa Claus Village in Rovaniemi, the official hometown of Santa Claus, located right on the Arctic Circle.
  • Highlights:
    • Meet Santa Claus himself and take a photo
    • Cross the Arctic Circle and receive a certificate
    • Shop for unique Lappish souvenirs, such as reindeer skin rugs and hand-made jewelry
• Northern Lights Tour (Evening)
• After your visit to Santa, enjoy a Northern Lights Tour in the evening. Your guide will take you to the best spots to witness the stunning Aurora Borealis.

  • Tips for Northern Lights Viewing:
    • Dress warmly as temperatures can drop significantly at night
    • Be patient – the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon.

• Oulanka National Park (Morning)
• Visit Oulanka National Park, a breathtakingly beautiful natural reserve known for its frozen rivers and waterfalls in winter.

    • Walk along the Karhunkierros Trail (if accessible in winter)
• Husky Safari (Afternoon)

• Check-in to an Igloo (Afternoon)
• Check in to a special glass igloo for the night. These igloos offer a unique opportunity to watch the Northern Lights from the comfort of your bed, through the transparent roof.
• Snowmobiling Safari (Evening)
• After settling into your igloo, we will take you on a thrilling snowmobiling safari through the wilderness.
  • Duration: 2-3 hours
  • Location: Ruka or nearby wilderness areas
• In the evening, enjoy a warm drink and snacks around a fire.

• Breakfast (Morning)
• Have your last breakfast in the igloo and enjoy the stunning winter scenery.
• Check-Out & Travel to Train Station (Morning)
• Check out of your igloo and head back to Kemijärvi to board the train for your journey back to Helsinki.
• Overnight Train to Helsinki (Evening)
• Depart from Kemijärvi and board your overnight train back to Helsinki. You will arrive back in the capital the next morning.

Day 8:  – Arrival in Helsinki & Return Flight

• Arrival in Helsinki (9:00 AM)
• Arrive back in Helsinki and head to the airport for your return flight home.
